Welcome

Hi, I'm Paul, a Kinesiologist and Total Body Modification Practitioner based in the Northern Rivers town of Mullumbimby. 


I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with balance, wellbeing and the body's natural ability to heal.


 Outside of clinic life, I’m a husband and father of two who values family, nature, music and the simple things in life.


My approach to healing is grounded, holistic and practical — creating a calm and supportive space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.


I believe meaningful change doesn’t need to be complicated. Often the most powerful shifts come through greater awareness, reduced stress and small, sustainable changes that flow into everyday life.


Understanding Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a holistic approach that works with the connection between the body, mind and nervous system to support balance, healing and overall wellbeing.


Life places stress on us in many different ways — physically, emotionally, chemically, nutritionally and environmentally. Over time, these stresses can build up within the body and begin to affect how we feel, function and move through life.


Using gentle muscle testing techniques, Kinesiology helps identify where stress and imbalance may be held within the body. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, the goal is to better understand and address the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort, tension or emotional overwhelm.


Our bodies hold an incredible amount of information. Often, stress, emotions and experiences can become stored within the nervous system and continue impacting us long after the original event has passed. Kinesiology works with the body’s own intelligence to help bring these patterns into awareness and support the body in releasing them.


By combining principles from Eastern and Western healing philosophies, Kinesiology takes a whole-person approach — recognising that physical, emotional and mental wellbeing are deeply connected. Every session is tailored to the individual, creating a personalised and supportive experience based on what your body needs most in that moment.

What total body modification?

 Total Body Modification (TBM) is a holistic healthcare approach that works to identify and address stress, imbalance and interference patterns within the body. It is based on the understanding that the body is constantly communicating what it needs in order to heal, regulate and function optimally.


Using gentle muscle testing and specific correction techniques, TBM aims to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance across physical, emotional, biochemical and energetic systems. Sessions may explore how stress, sensitivities, emotional patterns, environmental factors or unresolved imbalances could be impacting overall wellbeing.


Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, TBM takes a whole-body approach — looking at the deeper patterns and underlying stressors that may be contributing to dysfunction or discomfort.

Every person is different, which is why each session is guided by the individual needs of the body in that moment, creating a personalised and supportive healing experience.
